for maintaining the confidentiality of
your VisaPro account username and password
and for all the activities that occur
in your VisaPro account. You must immediately
notify us of any unauthorized use of your
account, or breach of security. VisaPro,
its solicitors, advisers, employees, agents
and affiliates are not liable for any
loss or damage arising from your failure
to comply with this section. |

content and assumes no responsibility for the
accuracy, integrity, quality, completeness,
usefulness or value of any such content, data,
documents, graphics, images, information, advice,
or opinion contained in a posted message. You
should not rely on any posting or information
without independent verification.
You understand that the Site has no obligation
to and does not monitor its Message Boards,

shall be brought solely in Washington D.C. You
expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction
of said courts and consents to extra-territorial
service of process. Should any part of this
Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable,
that portion shall be construed consistent with
applicable law and the remaining portions shall
remain in full force and effect. To the extent
that anything in or associated with the Site
is in conflict or inconsistent with this Agreement,
this Agreement shall take precedence. Our failure
to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall
not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor
of the right to enforce such provision. |
